14 DAY – HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN

You must notify Walking Pad within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will only process a return or refund if you notify us at support@walkingpad.co.za. The item(s) must be in its original state complete with packaging, tags and unused.

You are liable for returning the item at your own cost if the item is returned due to you not wanting the item. If the item is faulty/broken we will be liable for the costs thereof.

Replacements, refunds or credits will only be affected once the item(s) have been returned to our warehouse and inspected.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or refunds on the treadmill belt lubricant.

Kindly take note that our WP Pro Treadmill Belt Lubricant does not have any warranty period and only a 14-day exchange or refund period will apply to this product, provided that it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, unopened and in its original sealed packaging. The customer will have to arrange, and will be responsible for all risks and or costs of returning this product to our Head Office within the 14 days.

2. GENERAL EXCEPTIONS

We do not accept perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials and flammable liquids, or gases.

3. DELIVERY OF INCORRECT ITEM

You must notify Walking Pad within 14 days should the incorrect item be delivered at +064 978 8134 or email support@walkingpad.co.za

Promotional, free or bundled items that were part of a purchase must also be returned.

If an incorrect item was delivered due to no fault of the customer collection, assessment as well as delivery of the correct product will be at no cost to the customer.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS.

Mechanical, Structural And Electronic Fault.

You must notify Walking Pad within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our team on receipt of the item will asses the item and diagnose the fault.

Should the fault be attributed to the negligence or any willful act or omission, and/or normal wear and tear there shall be no refund or replacement.

Exclusions

Treadmill belt lubricant.

We reserve the right to refer a damaged or defective product for technical assessment by a qualified technician or an authorized service center prior to repairing, replacing or refunding.

We may at our discretion dispatch a qualified technician to asses or collect the product within 24 hours of notification. Due to the fact that some of our products are large in size assessments may have to be done on location. You will be provided with the outcome of an on-location assessment within 48 hours after completion.

If at our discretion the alleged fault, defect and or damage does not require and or cannot be assessed on location, we will dispatch either a qualified technician or a courier service for the collection of the product in order to complete the assessment elsewhere. Should the product be collected for assessment you will be provided with a waybill and or proof of collection and will be notified of the outcome of the assessment within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

5. OUR WARRANTY

A Warranty Claim can be initiated when a product purchased does not perform correctly due to mechanical and or electrical breakdowns caused by defects in workmanship or materials in the covered product. A Warranty claim cannot be initiated when there was accidental damage or any damage caused by negligence or incorrect operating procedures by the consumer.

We have a 12-month warranty on all fitness equipment and WP Pro Desks.

We have a 60 months warranty on all our office chairs.

If any of our products become faulty or defective once the individual product warranty has expired, we will endeavor to upon our receipt of the product to have the product assessed and or repaired (only upon customers approval) by qualified technicians all for the costs of the customer.

6. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

All refunds will be made within 5-7 working days after receipt, inspection and approval of refund of item.

All products replaced shall be with the same description and/or specifications as the product originally ordered. Replacement will also be after assessment; delivery will take from 3-5 working days.

COVERAGE AND TERMS

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Walkingpad SA warrants this product be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser, and only covers the product for private domestic use. Walkingpad SA’s obligation under this warranty is limited to mechanical, electrical or structural faults or defects, in Walkingpad SA’s opinion the product or one of its components by Walkingpad SA or one of its authorised agents. In the case of repair, the repair will provide the customer with a product which in Walkingpad SA’s opinion performs consistently with its age and usage.

During the 1st year of this agreement, Walkingpad SA will pay for parts and labour necessary to repair mechanical and or electrical breakdowns caused by defects in workmanship or materials in the covered product, or, in their opinion, may replace it with a similar spare part of equivalent value.

Labour and on-site repairs will be covered for the first month of this warranty after which, the product will have a Carry In Warranty. The customer will then be responsible for returning the product to Walkingpad SA, at their own expense or they may choose to incur a call-out-fee. After receiving the product, Walkingpad SA will conduct a detailed inspection. If the inspection reveals that the fault is attributed to a defect in workmanship or material, Walkingpad SA will be responsible for the cost of repair. Conversely, if it is determined that the faut is not a result of a defect in workmanship or material, the customer will be responsible for the cost of repair.

This limited warranty will be considered to be void if a product has removed, damaged or tampered labels and/or any alterations (including the unauthorised removal of any component or external cover). Only consumers purchasing this product from an authorised retailer or Walkingpad SA may obtain coverage under this limited warranty.
